Harald Hiller has been President & CEO of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group since 2016 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire group of companies. He is also a member of the DexKo Leadership Team. Harald Hiller has a track record of almost thirty years in the top management of technology groups. He had already been responsible for the European and international business of AL-KO Fahrzeugtechnik since 2006. He was previously Senior Vice President Logistics and Production for AL-KO Fahrzeugtechnik in Europe (1999-2006) and Vice President of the parent plants in Kötz (1996-1999). Harald Hiller started his career as Head of Production and Electronics Manufacturing at Mannesmann Tally and as Technical Director at Heidolph Instruments. He holds degrees in engineering and industrial engineering from the Universities of Applied Science Ulm and Rendsburg.

Markus Siegner has been Chief Operating Officer of the AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group since 2020. His responsibilities include the management, control and organisation of production, quality, logistics and purchasing worldwide. The production site managers of the group of companies report directly to him. Previously, Markus Siegner worked for more than twenty years at OSRAM AG, the market leader for optical solutions, as Global Head of Operations and Head of Manufacturing and Purchasing for one of the business units. Markus Siegner holds a degree in mechanical engineering (TU Munich) and completed part-time MBA studies at the Universities of Augsburg and Pittsburgh (Pennsylvania/USA).
