Gender-neutral personal designations-For greater ease of reading, gender-specific differentiation (e.g. employees) has been omitted in references to persons. AL-KO reserves all rights to texts, images, graphics, sound files, animations used for the design of the webpages. These elements are largely protected by copyright and other protective laws. Some of the elements used for the design are also subject to the copyrights of third parties. The content of the AL-KO websites may not be copied, distributed, changed or made accessible to third parties for commercial purposes without the permission of AL-KO Fahrzeugtechnik. Excluded from this are files which are expressly offered by AL-KO on the websites for download and publication.

AL-KO accepts no liability for damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website, insofar as it is not based on intent or gross negligence on the part of AL-KO or its vicarious agents. Downloading files and entering personal data is at the user's own risk.

In its judgement of 12 May 1998, the Hamburg District Court ruled that the inclusion of links also leads to co-liability for the material made available through these links. According to the District Court, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these websites. We have placed a number of links to other sites on the web on our website.
We would like to expressly emphasise that we have no influence whatsoever on the content of the linked pages. Accordingly we dissociate ourselves from all contents of these pages and do not take over their contents as our own.
